Fastest: call
Weekday business hours pick up live. Outside those hours, an AI voice agent takes a message (yes, we eat our own cooking) and texts me the details. I call back same-day or first-business-morning.
Typically a reply within 4-8 business hours. Faster if it’s a scoping question; slower if you want a full written proposal (those take a day to put together properly).

Want a specific 20-minute slot? Email a couple of windows that work for you and I’ll confirm one. I prefer not to use a public Calendly link because the calendar reflects other work and it creates bad scheduling outcomes.
What to have ready for the call
If you’re calling about a potential deployment, the conversation goes faster if you know these three things:
- What’s the specific pain? “We miss calls” is okay; “we miss 5-10 calls a week in the evening and most of them don’t call back” is better.
- What systems do you run? Practice management, PMS, CRM, calendar — whatever the core tools are. If you don’t know, that’s fine, we’ll figure it out.
- What’s the rough budget shape? Not to the dollar — just “this is a $500/month problem” vs “this is a $2,000/month problem” so we can skip the wrong-size options.

What we need from you upfront
Nothing. No NDA. No intake form. No “tell us about your business” questionnaire. Those are agency tools for qualifying you out; I don’t work that way.
